Association Solutions of Central FL, Inc was formed in 2003. Since its inception, the company continues to grow at a steady pace. In 2006, Mark and Nancy Hills became partners in the business. This new partnership enabled the company to grow at a much faster pace. This expansion has resulted in a move to larger offices, the hiring of additional staff, and an opportunity to enhance the service
and productivity of the business. In 2008, Mark and Nancy obtained full control of the company.
With licensed Community Association Managers, and a combination of American, English, Welsh and Hispanic staff members, Association Solutions currently manages 35+ homeowners associations. This team has a strong understanding of the local environment, as well as an excellent grasp of the unique needs of foreign ownership. At present, approximately 6,500 individual residential properties in Osceola, Polk and Orange Counties are being administered by the company. These communities range in size from a small handful of homes to over 1500 residences.

In 2007, the company exhibited its dedication to increased communication by investing in specialized software. This unique association based software provides each Board member with reports for tracking violation enforcement, association dues collection, vendor contracts, as well as easy to understand financials.

Association Solutions puts great emphasis on customer support and offers a personal level of service to each homeowner. During business hours, all telephone calls are personally answered by our office staff, unlike other companies that may employ an answering service or use a voicemail system. We pride ourselves in answering calls quickly and make every effort to reply to emails within 24 hours. Outside business hours we also offer an emergency contact service.
It is Association Solution’s commitment to excellence and personal service that have prompted several major home builders to use our services (Maronda Homes, Lennar Homes and Ryland Homes). Association Solutions has managed these developer controlled communities from inception to turnover. We are pleased to say that the developer communities that have now turned over to the homeowners, have continued their relationship with Association Solutions.
