Recreational Facilities
A Clubhouse, Swimming pool, and Playground are available to all homeowners and their guests, they are only accessible with an access card. The Swimming pool and Playground are open 8 a.m to dusk, any Children under the age of 16 must be supervised. The Clubhouse is open from 6 a.m til 8 p.m
Parking Rules
Crystal Cove has a towing policy in effect. This means that parking on the street will not be tolerated and will result in the towing of your vehicle at your own cost. Parking violations include; Parking on the Street, Impeding any portion of the sidewalk and Parking on the Grass. Clubhouse Parking is for guests only, Anyone Parked in these spaces between 8 p.m to 6 a.m is subject to towing. Don't risk being towed and park on the Driveway!
