A. Weekly or bi-weekly depending on the communities needs.

A. Each year we attend four Board meetings and one Annual meeting. You have the option to have additional community meetings.

Q. How much do you charge?

A. The price will vary depending on the community's needs.  Please contact us for detailed information.

Q. Do you carry out the accounting for the community?

A. We do everything from paying the bills, collecting dues, day to day accounting, monthly financials, etc, etc.  In fact, anything associated with the financial needs of your association.

Q. How many associations do you manage?

​A. At present we manage over 35 associations in the counties of, Osceola, Polk, and Orange.

A. Association Solutions has been trading since 2003.

Q. Which bank do you use for the Associations?

A. We use the services of Union Bank.  This bank has a dedicated department solely for Association/Community Services and therefore it is designed to meet the complex needs of community associations and their homeowners.

Q. Which attorney's do you use?

A. Our current associations utilize the legal services of DHN Attorneys, Law Offices of DiMasi, Becker & Poliakoff & Association Law Group.  We are also happy to work with the attorney of your choice.
