Irrigation and Watering Times
Please visit the Polk County website for current watering information.
Recently we have been receiving large amounts of calls and e-mails from homeowners and management companies about their lawns and plants being very dry or dead and many of these problems are due to the fact that the irrigation is not working properly on the homeowner’s lot.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind all homeowners, that as per the 10th Amendment to your By-laws, maintenance of landscaping shall not include watering and irrigation.
