Hours of Operation

The hours of operation of the various community facilities may be adjusted seasonally as usage dictates.

Complimentary Access hours:

Pool Area:-    Mon. – Sun:-    8:30 am – 7:00 pm or Dusk

Fitness Wing:-    Mon. – Sun:-    5 am – 11 pm

Hours are subject to change.

Owner Privilege

The amenities are for all owners and their children, tenants, or guests.  Swipe cards will be issued to each home for access to the amenities.  Members shall not lend or give their card to others for any reason.  Doing so may result in a suspension of privileges.

Clubhouse

The access structure and rules for use are intended to facilitate owners’ enjoyment of the facilities while also reducing risk for damage and undue wear and tear.

 

  • Persons under the age of 18 shall be accompanied by a responsible adult. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
  • Proper dress is required in the clubhouse (shirt, shoes, cover up etc. no bathing suits)
  • Residents using any area of the clubhouse are responsible for leaving it clean after use.
  • A/C controls and pool heaters are set and managed by the Association.
  • Earbuds, headsets, or headphones must be used with portable music devices.
  • Bicycles must be parked upright, away from sidewalks, walking paths and streets.
  • Subscriptions, petitions, or notices shall not be distributed or posted on the clubhouse property without prior approval of the Manager or the Board of Directors.
  • The cost of replacing any clubhouse property that is broken, damaged or removed by an owner, transferee, guest, or any member of their families, shall be charged to the member or transferee concerned.

Yoga Room

  • Use of the yoga room is at your own risk.
  • Management and Association are not responsible for accidents, injuries, damage, or loss of personal items.
  • Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed.
  • Residents are limited to two guests.
  • Guests must be accompanied by resident.
  • No food or drink permitted except for water bottles.
  • Proper attire required; bathing suits are not allowed.
  • Please keep noise to a minimum; use headphones when listening to music.
  • Pets are not allowed except for service animals.
  • Association and Management are not responsible for accidents, injury, or loss of personal property.

Fitness Center

  • Use of fitness center is at your own risk.
  • Use equipment properly and with reasonable care; consult a physician before beginning a fitness routine.
  • Management and Association are not responsible for accidents, injuries, damage, or loss of personal items.
  • Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed.
  • Fitness Center is for residents and their guests (two at a time) only.
  • Guests must be accompanied by the resident.
  • Please limit machine use to 30 minutes if others are waiting.
  • Wipe down equipment after use with sanitary wipes provided.
  • Tobacco, alcoholic beverages, food, drinks, and glass are not allowed except for water bottles.
  • Shirt, shoes, and proper attire are required; bathing suits are prohibited.
  • Pets are not allowed except for service animals.
  • Please keep noise to a minimum; use headphones when listening to music.
  • Please take care of the fitness equipment; no excessive pulling of equipment or dropping of weights.
  • Report damaged or non-working equipment to Management.

Pool

  • No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
  • Pool hours are 8.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. or dusk.
  • Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
  • Persons under the age of 18 shall be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • No glass or alcoholic beverages in the pool area.
  • No diving, running or rough play.
  • Proper bathing suits are required.
  • Toddlers must wear swim diapers.
  • Do not enter the pool if recovering from a contagious illness (diarrhea, rash, open lesions, or respiratory infection, etc.).
  • Shower before entering the pool.
  • Animals are not allowed except service animals providing a specific, needed service.
  • No bikes, skateboards, or scooters are allowed on the pool deck or in the recreation area
  • The pool and amenity areas are tobacco-free.
  • A headset is required to be used with radios or portable music devices.
  • Pool is for residents and two guests per family at a time.
  • Maximum bathing load is 183 persons.

Splash Pad

  • Hours are 8.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. or Dusk.
  • Use at your own risk.
  • Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
  • Adult supervision is required.
  • Do not drink the water.
  • Toddlers must wear swim diapers.
  • No climbing on equipment.
  • Play safely & enjoy!
  • Operation: to start water, push button on activation post.

Playground

  • Hours are dawn to dusk.
  • Use of playground is at your own risk.
  • Parents are responsible for their children at all times
  • Adult supervision is required.
  • Play area reserved for residents only.
  • No rough or reckless play is permitted.
  • No jumping from the slide.
  • No glass bottles in play area.

Parties

Parties are not allowed without prior written approval of the HOA.

Currently private parties are not permitted and will be reevaluated in the near future

Parking/Vehicles

Parking at the club house is for club house use only. Any vehicle parked at the club house overnight or not for club house use will be towed at owner’s expense.
