How Much Is My HOA Fee and When Is It due?
Your fee for 2022 is $190 per quarter. These four payments are payable on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st 2022.
If your dues are not paid on time, a late fee and late interest will be added to the amount due. These payments can be made through PacWest Bank, or may be sent directly to our office.
If you wish to setup recurring payments this option is also available through PacWest Bank, you can submit an ACH form with a void check to our office.
Warning! There is no Street Parking Allowed! You Will be Towed!
Sandhill Preserve has a towing policy and cars parked on the street or in violation will be towed! Parking violations include; Parking on the Street, Impeding any portion of the sidewalk and Parking on the Grass. Don't risk being towed and park on the Driveway!
Making Exterior Changes To Your Home?
Your Association has a requirement for Architectural Control approval prior to making any changes to the exterior of your home.
This includes, but is not limited to; fences, pools, landscaping additions, screen enclosures, paint colors, decks, etc. An application can be obtained from the offices of Association Solutions. Find out all the information you need to know here!
Your community is gated. If you do not have a gate code please e-mail Association Solutions, click here, and supply us with your name, property address, property telephone number, and the four-digit gate code you require.
The keys for the side gates are available at the offices of Association Solutions at 811 Mabbette Street, Kissimmee, FL 34741, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm. You will need photo identification and a copy of your warranty deed. If it is a replacement key the cost is $25.
Do you have a Rental Policy in Effect?
Your community has a rental policy.
This means you must submit a rental application if you are renting a property in this community. The cost of the rental application is $55 per each individual over 18,or $95 per married couple. These fees can be paid by cash, check, or money order and submitted to our office.
Payments must be made out to Association Solutions not the name of your community and payments for rental applications cannot be submitted through Union Banks online payment services.
