Sandhill Preserve has a towing policy and cars parked on the street or in violation will be towed! Parking violations include; Parking on the Street, Impeding any portion of the sidewalk and Parking on the Grass. Don't risk being towed and park on the Driveway!

Rental Policy
Your community has a rental policy.
This means you must submit a rental application if you are renting a property in this community. The cost of the rental application is $55 per each individual over 18, or $95 per married couple. These fees can be paid by cash, check, or money order and submitted to our office.
